Reserve Winners. The prizes for each Winner are as follows (each, a “Prize”):

Reserve Winners. Each Reserve Winner will receive two (2) tickets for the attending parents to a suite at Toyota Center in Houston, Texas for the Houston Rockets home game indicated above for the applicable Drawing (ARV: $830). Each Reserve Winner may have the opportunity to compete in the Contest if one of the Winners cannot or will not participate. If the Reserve Winner participates in such Contest, the Prize shall also include a co-branded onesie for crawling baby and two co-branded t-shirts for attending parents. The selection of the suite and the seat locations and the execution of every aspect of the Prize(s) shall be determined by the Houston Rockets in their sole discretion, and any tickets shall be subject to all NBA rules, regulations, guidelines, policies and restrictions and to the same rules and regulations as regularly sold tickets. Neither Sponsor nor the Houston Rockets shall be responsible for any expenses associated with any Prize, including but not limited to travel accommodations, transportation expenses, or food and beverage, unless explicitly stated in these Official Rules. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Winners may not assign, transfer or substitute a Prize, or a portion of a Prize, or redeem a Prize for cash value. Each Winner will be responsible for any federal, state and local taxes associated with Prize. Each Winner may be required, at the request of and in the sole discretion of Sponsor and/or the Houston Rockets, to sign a Release, an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Prize Acceptance Form in order to receive the Prize. Sponsor and the Houston Rockets reserve the right to substitute any Prize, or a portion of any Prize, with any prize of greater or equal value. The game dates specified herein are subject to change at any time, with or without notice, in the sole discretion of the Houston Rockets.

  • CURVE WIDENING The minimum widening placed on the inside of curves is:  6 feet for curves of 50 to 79 feet radius.  4 feet for curves of 80 to 100 feet radius.

  • Overnight Guests Any guest who remains in on-campus housing past 12:00am is considered an Overnight Guest. Overnight Guests under the age of 16 who are not enrolled are not permitted. No resident will be allowed more than two (2) Overnight Guests at one time (this number can be reduced during special events). Any Overnight Guest requires the approval of the roommate(s). No Overnight Guest may stay more than three (3) consecutive days without the permission of the roommate and the Hall Director. No individual may stay as an Overnight Guest in on-campus housing for more than 15 days total in a given semester. Persons who have been removed from on-campus housing for any reason may not return as Overnight Guests following their removal.

  • Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program:

  • Health Spending Account contributions by the Executive will cease on the Effective Date. The Executive may submit claims against the balance accrued to the Effective Date, until the end of the calendar year in which the Effective Date occurs.

  • Revenue Metering The Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering will be located on the generator side of the 115kV breaker at the Xxxxx Solar Collector Substation and will consist of: • three (3) combination current/voltage transformer (“CT/VT”) units (manufacturer and model ABB/Xxxxxxx KXM-550, GE Grid Solutions KOTEF 000.XX, or other equivalent specified by Connecting Transmission Owner); and • one (1) revenue meter. The ratios of the CTs and VTs will be provided by Connecting Transmission Owner upon its review of the Interconnection Customer’s design documents. (Note: Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering CTs and VTs cannot be used to feed the Interconnection Customer’s check meter.) SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2556

  • Potable Water Contractor shall provide potable water and ice for the Stage 2 Site use, and ensure that a safe and plentiful supply of potable water and ice is available for all activities on the Stage 2 Site until Substantial Completion of Subproject 3. The water and ice for human consumption shall be of suitable quality.

  • PAYMENT FROM OUTSIDE AGENCIES CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA when Medi-Cal or any other agency is billed for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services covered by this Master Contract or the ISA to LEA pupils. Upon request, CONTRACTOR shall provide to LEA any and all documentation regarding reports, billing, and/or payment by Medi-Cal or any other agency for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services covered by this Master Contract or ISA to LEA pupils.
