Common use of Pro-rata Application Clause in Contracts

Pro-rata Application. Upon commencement of employment, employees who have not worked, or who are not regarded as having worked a complete ten day/two week cycle, shall receive pro-rata accrual entitlements for the first RDO or group of RDOs falling after their commencement of employment. Thereafter, for the duration of employment with the Employer, RDOs will be, subject to accrual in accordance with this Clause 2, be paid in full as they occur.
