Common use of Pro Rata Bonus Clause in Contracts

Pro Rata Bonus. For purposes of this Agreement, "Pro Rata Bonus" shall mean an amount equal to the Bonus Amount multiplied by a fraction the numerator of which is the number of days in the fiscal year through the Termination Date and the denominator of which is 365.

Pro Rata Bonus. For purposes of this Agreement, "Pro Rata Bonus" shall mean an amount equal to 100% of the Bonus Amount target bonus that the Executive would have been eligible to receive for the Company's fiscal year in which the Executive's employment terminates, multiplied by a fraction fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in the such fiscal year through the Termination Date and the denominator of which is 365.

Any partial months shall be rounded to the nearest whole number using normal mathematical convention.
