Pro Rata Compensation. Core Faculty who teach part-time or who are on ten (10)- or twelve (12)-month Contract Periods shall be paid a pro-rated salary based on percentage FTE and length of Contract Period. (Example: a full-time, 10-month appointment for an Associate Professor would pay 1.11 times the salary rate listed in Section 14.1.A(3), while a 12- month appointment would pay 1.33 times that amount.)

Pro Rata Compensation. In the event any MSHSL sport, other extra-curricular activity or co-curricular activity is cancelled, suspended, or shortened during the 2020-2021 school year, advisors and coaches of said affected activities will be compensated for services rendered on a pro rata basis based upon the services such individuals actually rendered for the sports season or activity in question.
Pro Rata Compensation. In the event any MSHSL sport, other extra- curricular activity or co-curricular activity is cancelled, suspended, or shortened during the 2020-2021 school year, advisors and coaches of said affected activities will be compensated for services rendered on a pro rata basis based upon the services such individuals actually rendered for the sports season or activity in question. In the event that the School District is required to suspend activities as a result of an executive order or school board direction the contracted amount currently in effect at the time will be pro-rated on quarter (¼) season increments of completion. The district will round up to the nearest quarter (1/4) season. If the entire season is cancelled during the 2020- 2021 school year, advisors and coaches of said activities will be compensated 10% of their coaching salary.
Pro Rata Compensation. In the event any MSHSL sport, other extra-curricular activity or co-curricular activity commences or is cancelled prior to commencement, suspended or shortened during the 2020-2021 school year, advisors and coaches of said affected activities will be compensated as follows: All coaches and advisors will receive twenty-five percent (25%) of the stipend as compensation for the first quarter of the season or activity, regardless of whether the first quarter of the season or activity is completed. If any MSHSL sport, other extra-curricular activity or co-curricular activity continues beyond the first quarter, but is cancelled, suspended or shortened prior to the completion of the season or activity, coaches and advisors will receive additional compensation on a pro rata basis based upon the services such individuals actually rendered during the time period between the end of the first quarter of the season or activity, and the date season or activity was cancelled, suspended or shortened.
Pro Rata Compensation. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that any Compensation Shares, if any, will be subject to cancellation in the event that this Agreement is terminated for any reason before such Compensation Shares have been paid fully for by the provision of Services, and that the Company’s obligation to issue the balance of the Compensation Shares which have not been fully paid for will terminate immediately upon early termination of this Agreement. Pro Rata Compensation. Should the Investor have Other Insurance in effect at the time a claim arises hereunder, notwithstanding any provision of this contract to the contrary, OPIC's obligation to pay compensation in respect of any claim hereunder shall not exceed that portion of the loss as recognized under any of the policies (without regard to policy limits) that the active amount in effect for the coverage under which compensation is sought from OPIC bears to the sum of such active amount plus the equivalent compensation limit or limits in respect of the coverage provided by such Other Insurance in respect of such risk.
Pro Rata Compensation. In the event any MSHSL sport, other extra-curricular activity or co- curricular activity is cancelled, suspended, or shortened during the 2020-2021 school year, advisors and coaches of said affected activities will be compensated for services rendered as follows:  In the event that a season is canceled before starting, head coaches/head advisors will be compensated as follows: o Head Coach/Head Advisor will receive 20% of their normal compensation for their season or activity according to Schedule C. o Assistant, C Team and Junior High Coaches/Advisors will receive 10% of their normal compensation for their season or activity according to Schedule C.  In the event that a season is canceled after it has started, by the MSHSL, the pro rata season, as defined by the MSHSL, will be divided by increments of 1/5 and coaches/advisors will receive pro rata pay based on Schedule C.  In the even that a season, as defined by the MSHSL, reaches 4/5 (80%) completion coaches/advisors will receive the full payment according to Schedule C.

  • Basic Compensation (a) SALARY. Executive will be paid an annual base salary of $115,000.00, subject to adjustment as provided below (the "Salary"), which will be payable in equal periodic installments according to Employer's customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly. The Salary will be reviewed by the Board of Directors not less frequently than annually, and shall be increased on each anniversary of the Effective Date during the term hereof by an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the prior year's base salary.

  • Total Compensation Contractor shall include Total Compensation in XXX for each of its five most highly compensated Executives for the preceding fiscal year if:

  • Base Salary and Incentive Compensation Executive’s initial annual base salary shall be three hundred nine thousand dollars ($309,000).   • Bonus Compensation The Executive shall not receive any bonus payment whatsoever pursuant to Section 3.02 or the Bonus Plan except such bonus which is already earned and due to be paid up to and including the Termination Date, notwithstanding any period following the Termination Date during which the Executive may receive any payments or benefits under the terms of the Agreement.

  • Final Compensation Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS prior to January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during twelve (12) consecutive months of employment. Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS on or after January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during thirty-six (36) consecutive months of employment.
