Compensation for Convenience Termination If City shall terminate for its convenience as herein provided, City shall compensate Consulting Engineer/Architect for all Engineering/Architectural Services satisfactorily completed to date of its receipt of the termination notice and any additional Engineering/Architectural Services requested by City to bring the Project to reasonable termination. Compensation shall not include anticipatory profit or consequential damages, neither of which will be allowed.

Coverage for Members Who Are Hospitalized on Their Effective Date If you are in the hospital on your effective date of coverage, healthcare services related to such hospitalization are covered as long as: (a) you notify us of your hospitalization within forty-eight (48) hours of the effective date, or as soon as is reasonably possible; and (b) covered healthcare services are received in accordance with the terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations of this agreement. Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually.
