PROBATION AND SUSPENSION. ‌ 9.13.1 Contractor may be placed on probation, suspension or a combination thereof when County determines that Contractor is not in compliance with any Service, Work, task, deliverable or requirement outlined in this Contract and/or when Contractor has demonstrated a consistent and significant lack of achievement of the Contract goals (including, but not limited to, meeting the requirements for Program performance, the Budget, expenditures, staffing, administration, etc.). County shall notify Contractor in writing in the event that Contractor is placed on probation, suspension or a combination thereof.
