Problem Solving Model - Negotiations. a) Negotiation meetings shall be scheduled at the request of the teams and, until negotiations are concluded, either team may require at each meeting a decision on the date, time and place of subsequent meeting. b) The Board may provide released time for the negotiators. c) Either team may recess for caucuses. d) Minutes of meetings shall be kept by each team only if it deems necessary, and only in such form and detail as it may determine advisable.
