PROBLEMS WITH BILLS OR PURCHASES. (1) You are responsible for confirming the correctness of your monthly statement. If you dispute a Charge, you must notify us no later than 60 days from the statement date otherwise we have the right to regard the statement as conclusive. We will take reasonable steps to assist you to resolve disputed Charges by providing information about the disputed Charge. If we agree to give you a temporary credit for a disputed amount, you must pay us for all other Charges.
PROBLEMS WITH BILLS OR PURCHASES. (a) In the event of any claim or dispute with a Merchant, you shall raise such claim or dispute directly with the Merchant concerned. You are not entitled to withhold payment from us because of such claim or dispute.
