Procedure after termination. C.8.1 The Contractor shall ensure that the Client is offered a reasonable opportunity to transfer the data of the Client stored in the systems of the Contractor back to its own systems or to the systems of a new provider upon termination of the Agreement. For this purpose, the Contractor will make every effort to be able to offer the data in a common file format. The costs involved will be borne by the Client.
