Procedure for Hazardous Conditions. If a teacher/teachers believe that an unsafe or hazardous condition is not being remedied in a timely manner, he/they may appeal to the Association, which may then request a meeting to be held within ten (10) days with the appropriate administrator(s) and Superintendent to determine validity. An action plan with timeline will be written within ten (10) days of the meeting.
