Procedure for reimbursement of medical expenses The claimant must pay the medical expenses and apply for reimbursement of the expenses from the Social Insurance Institution within six (6) months of the payment of the med- ical expenses. The original receipt from the Social Insurance Institution for the reimbursements paid by it and the receipts for which no reimbursement under the Health Insurance Act has been received or under any other law, must be submitted to Chubb as originals. In the event of loss of entitlement to reimbursement under the Health Insurance Act, Chubb will deduct the portion of the reimbursement that would have been paid under the Health Insurance Act.
