Procedure for Return to Duty. The employee may return to duty from maternity leave after two (2) weeks notice of her intention to do so on the production of a certificate of fitness from her physician. An employee may return to duty from Adoption/Parental leave after giving the Employer two weeks notice of his/her intention to do so.
