PROCEDURE LEVELS. 6.041 Level One The grievant may submit within seven (7) days following the informal meeting with the immediate supervisor as set forth in 6.031 a copy of grievance Form (Appendix A) to the immediate supervisor. Within seven (7) days of receipt of the grievance form, the immediate supervisor shall meet with the grievant and the Association representative in an effort to resolve the grievance. The immediate supervisor shall indicate his disposition of the grievance in writing on form A within seven (7) days after such meeting and shall furnish a copy to the grievant within seven (7) days. By mutual agreement of the immediate supervisor and the grievant, such meeting shall be waived.
