Common use of Procedure Upon Return from Pregnancy and Parental Leave Clause in Contracts

Procedure Upon Return from Pregnancy and Parental Leave. When an employee decides to return to work after pregnancy or parental leave, she shall provide the Employer with at least two (2) weeks' notice. On return from pregnancy or parental leave, the employee shall be placed at least in her former position. If her former position no longer exists, she shall be placed in an equivalent position.

Procedure Upon Return from Pregnancy and Parental Leave. When an employee decides to return to work work, after pregnancy or and parental leave, he/she shall provide the Employer with at least two (2) weeks' ’ notice. On return from pregnancy or and parental leave, the employee shall be placed at least in his/her former position. If her the former position no longer exists, he/she shall be placed in an equivalent positiona position in their department of equal rank and value at the same rate of pay.

When Two (2) weeks prior to an employee decides to return to work after employee's fifty-second (52nd) week of pregnancy or leave/parental leave, she shall provide the Employer with at least two (2) weeks' noticewritten notice of her date of return. On return from pregnancy or pregnancy/parental leave, the employee shall be placed at least in her former position. If her the former position no longer exists, she shall be placed in an equivalent positiona position of equal rank and at the same rate of pay.

If her the former position no longer exists, she shall be placed in an equivalent positionposition in her department.

When an employee Employee decides to return to work after pregnancy or leave and/or parental leave, she they shall provide the Employer with at least two four (24) weeks' ’ notice. On return from pregnancy or parental leave, the employee Employee shall be placed at least in her reinstated to their former position. If her former , or where this is not practical, to an alternative equivalent position no longer exists, she shall be placed in an equivalent positionwithin the bargaining unit.
