Procedures at Specific Facilities. Each Party shall provide and update as appropriate a list of its disposition facilities as their specific locations are determined. The monitoring Party shall have the right to conduct monitoring activities, including inspections and other measures, at disposition facilities. These measures shall provide continuity of knowledge of disposition plutonium and blend stock necessary for the monitoring Party to determine whether the objectives of the Agreement are being met.
