Procedures for Calculation. In counting annual leave and sick leave days, employees entering the workforce on or before the 10th workday of the month will receive credit for the month; employees leaving the workforce on or before the 10th workday will receive credit up through the last full month of employment. Leave days are calculated to the nearest half-day (½) for employees entering or leaving the workforce.
