Procedures for Implementation of the Last Chance Agreement. 1. At the discretion of the Chief of Police, the last chance agreement may also be offered to any Officer whose drug test has been confirmed positive by the Medical Review Officer. This does not apply to a person seeking voluntary rehabilitation under Paragraph F above who shall be given a last chance agreement as described herein.
