Procedures - Form and Timing. All recommendations covered by this Article shall set forth the reasons for the conclusions being reached in the recommendation and shall comment on the previous recommendations, if any. Such recommendations shall be dated and signed by the appropriate University official or Chairperson of the appropriate committee, and shall include the names of the committee members. The timing of such recommendations shall adhere to the timetable in Appendix A.
