PROCEDURES/NEGOTIATIONS. 2.01 REQUEST FOR OPENING NEGOTIATIONS 2.011 Requests to open negotiations shall be made in writing between February 1 and March 1 prior to the expiration of this Agreement. Requests by the Association shall be submitted to the Superintendent and requests by the Board shall be submitted to the President of the Association. The Association shall be responsible for notifying the Superintendent of the name of the Association President.
