Procedures Relating to Taking Leave. 6.1.2.1 Subject to the work requirements of AFCT, employees shall be allowed to take their entitlements at a suitable time to them. 6.1.2.2 AFCT may at its discretion allow an employee to take all or part of their leave before the entitlement has accrued. In such cases, leave taken shall be deducted from any leave subsequently accrued to the employee.
