Process Flow Charts. The Supplier must represent his production processes from the reception of goods up to dispatching in process flow charts. These process flow charts must show in an unambiguous and clear manner the different process steps, as well as the interfaces with his subcontractors and with Oerlikon. The Supplier must update his process flow charts continuously during the entire term of the project. History of Changes (scope of change) must also be updated and adjusted continuously. 10.1 Prozessablaufplan: Der Lieferant muss seine Herstellungsprozesse vom Wareneingang bis zur Auslieferung in Prozessablaufplänen darstellen. Diese enthalten eindeutig erkenntlich und nachvollziehbar die Prozessabschnitte sowie die Schnittstellen zu seinen Unterlieferanten und zu Oerlikon. Der Lieferant hält die Prozessablaufpläne während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit ständig auf aktuellem Stand. Die Änderungshistorie (Änderungsumfänge) muss aktualisiert und auf letztstand gehalten werden.
