Process for Determining Mobilization Readiness. (a) TSP shall include the anticipated Mobilization Readiness Deadline on its Project Schedule, and shall update the Project Schedule periodically to indicate the date that TSP anticipates it will achieve Mobilization Readiness. TSP shall provide the Joint Board with not less than 30 days' prior written notification of the date TSP determines it will achieve the stage of Work necessary for Mobilization Readiness. During such 30- day period, TSP, the Joint Board and DB Contractor or Developer, as appropriate, shall meet and confer and exchange information on a regular cooperative basis with the goal being the Joint Board’s orderly, timely inspection and review of the Work.
