Process for Requesting Extension of Time. In order to obtain an extension of time due to an Excusable Delay, the Construction Manager must comply with the following requirements: The Construction Manager shall notify the City of the Excusable Delay as soon as practicable, but in no event more than seven Days after the Construction Manager becomes aware of the occurrence of the Excusable Delay. Such notice shall describe the Excusable Delay and shall state the approximate number of Days the Construction Manager expects to be delayed.
