Common use of PROCESS INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

PROCESS INFORMATION. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, DSPGI, on behalf of the Transferring Entities, hereby grants to Ceva, its successors and assigns, and its and their current and future Affiliates a nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license, under the intellectual property rights of the Transferring Entities in and to the Process Information, to prepare derivative works of and otherwise modify, reproduce, and otherwise use such Process Information solely for internal use by Ceva, its successors and assigns, and its and their current and future Affiliates, for the design and development of its and their own respective products.
