Process of Determination of Adjunct Faculty Assignments. After all eligible tenured/tenure-track regular load assignments have been made based upon program needs, adjunct faculty who have qualified for POA rights will be contacted by the appropriate Xxxx or designee and advised of the potential availability of assignments from their approved list. Assignments will be made following the adjunct faculty member’s POA status as determined in Article XXIII above. The Xxxx or designee will make a good faith effort, whenever possible, to provide equitable load assignments to POA adjuncts.
