Processing Alternative for Construction Documents. Construction Documents may, as an alternative to the process described in this Section VII.D, be divided and submitted separately for various Improvements on a Lot in accordance with an addenda schedule for the Lot prepared by Developer in consultation with DBI and Approved by the Agency Director. The Agency Director shall review and Approve or deny any such addenda schedule within twenty (20) days of receipt.
