Processing and Waiver. Subd. 1 Notwithstanding the expiration of this Agreement, any claim or grievance arising thereunder may be processed through the Grievance Procedure until resolution. Subd. 2 The processing of all grievances in Step I and II shall be during regularly scheduled working hours unless otherwise mutually agreed. At Step III, grievances shall be processed at a time and place determined by the Employer, and at Step IV, grievances shall be processed at a time and place determined by the arbitrator. Teachers shall not lose wages due to their necessary participation in this procedure. Subd. 3 The parties may, by mutual written agreement, waive any step of the procedure.
