Extra Contract Agreements (a) The Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement or contract with its employees, individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Any such agreement shall be null and void.
WHOLE CONTRACT This Contract constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the Contract between the parties relevant to the purpose described herein and supersedes all prior agreements or proposals, oral or written, and all other communication between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Contract.
Payment And Billing Arrangements The terms and conditions set forth in this Attachment shall apply to all services ordered and provisioned pursuant to this Agreement.
