Common use of Processing Fees Clause in Contracts

Processing Fees. Developer shall pay to City the City’s reasonable application processing fees for the Project in accordance with the City’s fee schedule in effect at the time Developer submits the applicable Project application for processing.

Processing Fees. City may charge Developer shall such fees for reviewing and processing applications for all Subsequent Approvals and other City actions required to implement the Project as City customarily charges for reviewing and processing development applications, including but not limited to fees for City staff time and fees to pay the costs to City the City’s reasonable application processing fees for the Project in accordance with the City’s fee schedule in effect at the time Developer submits the applicable Project application for processingof retaining third party professionals and consultants including but not limited to environmental, engineering, economic and fiscal, and legal consultants.
