Card Association Actions. Bank will not be required to provide Merchant with fifteen days’ notice of an increase in Processing Fees in the event that any Card Association, or any other entity having such authority increases the Processing Fees and the effective date for implementation of the increase in the Processing Fees is less than fifteen days. In such cases, Bank shall make reasonable efforts including, but not limited to, written correspondence, notification on statements, website notification, email, fax and direct contact via the telephone or otherwise, to provide reasonable notification to Merchant. However, failure to provide advance notice of the increase in Processing Fees will not affect Merchant’s obligation to pay the increased Processing Fees. The increase(s) in Processing Fees shall be effective on the date specified by Bank.

  • Merchant has the power and authority to authorize the automatic funds transfer provided for in the Merchant Agreement;

  • Plan Merchant Disputes We are not responsible for the refusal of any plan merchant or financial institution to honor your card. We are subject to claims and defenses (other than tort claims) arising out of goods or services you purchase with the card only if you have made a good faith attempt but have been unable to obtain satisfaction from the plan merchant, and (a) your purchase was made in response to an advertisement we sent or participated in sending to you, or we own or operate the merchant; or (b) your purchase cost more than $50 and was made from a plan merchant in your state or within 100 miles of your home. Any other disputes you must resolve directly with the plan merchant.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Merchant Disputes The Credit Union is not responsible for the refusal of any merchant or financial institution to honor your card. The Credit Union is subject to claims and defenses (other than tort claims) arising out of goods or services you purchase with the card if you have made a good faith attempt but have been unable to obtain satisfaction from the merchant or service provider, and (a) your purchase was made in response to an advertisement the Credit Union sent or participated in sending to you; or (b) your purchase cost more than $50.00 and was made in your state or within 100 miles of your home.

  • PayPal’s Buyer Protection Program When you buy something from a seller who accepts PayPal, you may be eligible for a refund under PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. When applicable, PayPal’s Buyer Protection program entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. PayPal’s original determination is considered final, but you may be able to file an appeal of the decision with PayPal if you have new or compelling information not available at the time of the original determination or you believe there was an error in the decision-making process. The program terms and conditions are set out in PayPal’s Buyer Protection program page and form part of this user agreement.

  • Association Representatives Authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact Association business on and with school property at all reasonable times provided that such activities shall not interfere with normal school operations.
