Processing of EU Data. To the extent the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) governs Sage’s processing or controlling of personal data, then the Data Processing Addendum posted here (or such other URL as Sage may notify You of), and which may be amended by Sage from time to time, shall apply. In the event of any express conflict between the terms and conditions of such Data Processing Addendum and any other provision of this Agreement, such Data Processing Addendum shall govern.
