Processing of EU Data. If the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 applies to Sage’s processing or controlling of personal data, then the Data Processing Addendum posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/en-us/legal/xxxx/ (if you are contracting with Sage Software, Inc.), xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/en-ca/legal/xxxx/ (if you are contracting with Sage Software Canada Ltd.), or such other URL as Sage may notify Customer of, shall apply. Sage may amend such Data Processing Addendum from time to time and in its discretion.
