Processing of Matters Not Specified. In matters not covered by this Agreement: (1) The District will deliver notice in writing to the President of the Association of any changes being considered in the salaries, wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment (as defined by the Public Employees Relations Board) or policies affecting any of these items. The Association has the right to negotiate with the Board regarding any such proposed changes provided it files a request with the Superintendent within fifteen (15) school days after the receipt of said notice.
