PROCUREMENT ETHICS. A person or entity interested in selling goods, supplies, services, construction, or insurance to SLCC is violating the law if that person gives, or offers to give, any compensation, gratuity, contribution, loan, or reward to any person acting as a procurement officer for SLCC, or to any person in an official capacity who participates in the procurement of goods, supplies, services, construction, or insurance, whether given for their own benefit or the benefit of another person or entity.
