Common use of Procurement Standards Clause in Contracts

Procurement Standards. Whether or not approval of a procurement is required under Article 8a, where appropriate, the awardee (including commercial organizations) is responsible for compliance with the procurement standards identified in 2 CFR §§ 215.40 through .48.
