Procuring Applicable Permits. Unless otherwise required by Applicable Law, EWEB (with the “cooperation and support of EN” where necessary) shall be solely responsible for renewing all Hydro and Project required Applicable Permits. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “cooperation and support of EN” shall only mean provision of information and records required to maintain or renew Applicable Permits.
