Producer Facilities. Producer, at its own expense, shall construct, equip, maintain, and operate all facilities necessary to receive Fresh Water at the Fresh Water Delivery Points at the applicable Fresh Water Delivery Rates.

Producer Facilities. Producer shall be responsible at its own expense for using or disposing of any Fresh Water Delivery Points delivered to Producer hereunder at the applicable Fresh Water Delivery Ratesvolumes and flow rates required hereunder.
