Common use of Producer’s Share Clause in Contracts

Producer’s Share. Nothing in this Agreement or any Contract for Services shall diminish any otherwise existing right of the Producer to collect any of the so-called "Producer’s share" of secondary use payments made by third parties in connection with any Film.
