Common use of Product and Service Warranties Clause in Contracts

Product and Service Warranties. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.30 the Seller has made no express warranty to any customer (or end user of the Seller’s goods or Products) as to services or goods provided by the Seller. There is no pending or, to the Knowledge of the Seller, threatened claim alleging any breach of any warranty. The Seller does not have any Liability under any such a warranty that would reasonably be expected to result in Liability to the Seller, individually or in the aggregate, in excess of $5,000. To the Knowledge of the Seller, there have not been any Adverse Events with respect to the Products or the Business.
