Common use of Product and Service Warranties Clause in Contracts

Product and Service Warranties. Set forth on Section 3.27 of the Disclosure Schedule are the standard written forms of product and service warranties and guarantees utilized by the Company as of the date of this Agreement. Except as set forth on Section 3.27 of the Disclosure Schedule, during a period of five (5) years prior to the Closing Date, neither the Company nor any of its Affiliates have made any other written material warranties with regard to products and/or services supplied by the Company.

Product and Service Warranties.
