Common use of Product and Service Warranties Clause in Contracts

Product and Service Warranties. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.23, there are no Liabilities of or claims against the Company, and no Liabilities or claims are, to the Shareholders’ Knowledge, threatened against the Company, with respect to any product liability (or similar claim) or product or service warranty (or similar claim) claim that relates to any product or service provided by the Company and involves an amount in excess of $25,000 individually or $100,000 in the aggregate with all other claims.

Product and Service Warranties.
