Product Specific Certifications Clause Samples
The 'Product Specific Certifications' clause requires that certain products meet designated certification standards before they can be sold, distributed, or used under the agreement. This typically involves the supplier providing evidence that the products comply with relevant industry, safety, or regulatory certifications, such as ISO, CE, or FDA approvals, depending on the product type and market. By mandating these certifications, the clause ensures that only qualified and compliant products are delivered, thereby reducing legal and safety risks for all parties involved.
