Testing Fees definition

Testing Fees means those fees payable by the Buyer described in the Collection, Testing and Delivery Policy but for clarity are: (i) the courier fees incurred in transporting a sample to the laboratory; and (ii) the laboratory fees incurred in undertaking the tests described in the Quality Standards and Quality Requirements.

Related to Testing Fees

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.
