Common use of Product Term Clause in Contracts

Product Term. The term (each a “Product Term”) for each Product begins on the Acceptance Date (as defined below) applicable to such Product, and remains in effect until the expiration of the initial Product Term specified in the applicable Order Form unless earlier terminated as provided herein. The Product Term shall automatically extend for consecutive one-year renewal terms, unless either Party notifies the other of its intent not to renew at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then-current initial or renewal Product Term.
