Product Vendor: Xxxxxx Software (OnBase Software) – System Administrator Requirement for Support. If the OnBase Software product is being supported under this SMA, then Customer is required to have an OnBase Certified System Administrator on staff to support the OnBase system within ninety (90) days of the start of production usage of the OnBase software. If the Customer does not have an OnBase Certified System Administrator on staff, then ImageSoft may submit a Statement of Work (SOW) to provide this service remotely.
