Production Allowables and Production Penalties. Except as would not have a Company Material Adverse Effect:
Production Allowables and Production Penalties. (a) None of the xxxxx relating to the PNG Interests (including all producing, shut-in, water source, observation, disposal, injection abandoned, suspended and other xxxxx) (the “Company Xxxxx”) have been produced in material excess of applicable production allowables imposed by any Laws or any Governmental Entity, and to the Company’s knowledge there are no impending changes in production allowables imposed by any Laws or any Governmental Entity that may be applicable to any Company Xxxxx, other than changes of general application in any jurisdiction in which the Company Xxxxx are situate.
Production Allowables and Production Penalties. (i) None of the xxxxx in which any of the Penn West Parties holds an interest has been produced in excess of applicable production allowables imposed by any applicable law or any governmental authority and none of the Penn West Parties has any knowledge of any impending change in production allowables imposed by any applicable law or any governmental authority that may be applicable to any of the xxxxx in which any of them holds an interest, other than changes of general application in the jurisdiction in which such xxxxx are situate except to the extent that such non-compliance or changes would not in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect.

(i) None of the xxxxx in which any of the Petrofund Parties holds an interest has been produced in excess of applicable production allowables imposed by any applicable law or any governmental authority and none of the Petrofund Parties has any knowledge of any impending change in production allowables imposed by any applicable law or any governmental authority that may be applicable to any of the xxxxx in which any of them holds an interest, other than changes of general application in the jurisdiction in which such xxxxx are situate except to the extent that such non-compliance or changes would not in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect.

(i) to its knowledge, none of the xxxxx in which Raging River holds an interest have been produced in excess of applicable production allowables imposed by any Applicable Laws or any Governmental Authority and Raging River has no knowledge of any impending change in production allowables imposed by any Applicable Laws or any Governmental Authority that may be applicable to any of the xxxxx in which it holds an interest, other than changes of general application in the jurisdiction in which such xxxxx are situate; and

(i) to its knowledge, none of the xxxxx in which any member of the Baytex Group holds an interest have been produced in excess of applicable production allowables imposed by any Applicable Laws or any Governmental Authority and no member of the Baytex Group has any knowledge of any impending change in production allowables imposed by any Applicable Laws or any Governmental Authority that may be applicable to any of the xxxxx in which it or its subsidiaries holds an interest, other than changes of general application in the jurisdiction in which such xxxxx are situate; and

(i) To the knowledge of Crew, none of the Xxxxx in which Crew holds an interest have been produced in excess of applicable production allowables imposed by any Applicable Laws or any Governmental Authority and, as of the date hereof, to the knowledge of Crew there are no impending changes in production allowables imposed by any Applicable Laws or any Governmental Authority that may be applicable to any of the Xxxxx in which it holds an interest, other than changes of general application in the jurisdiction in which such Xxxxx are situate except to the extent that such events would not in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect on Crew; and

(a) Except as would not have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company, none of the xxxxx included in the Oil and Gas Interests of the Company included or reflected in the Company’s Ownership Interests has been produced in excess of applicable production allowables imposed by any Laws or Governmental Body and the Seller has no Knowledge of any impending change in production allowables imposed by any Laws or Governmental Body that may be applicable to any of the xxxxx in which it holds an interest, other than changes of general application in the jurisdiction in which such xxxxx are situated.

(i) None of the Xxxxx has been produced in excess of applicable production allowables imposed by any Applicable Laws or any Governmental Authority, and to Harvest's knowledge there are no impending changes in production allowables imposed by any Applicable Laws or any Governmental Authority that may be applicable to any such Xxxxx, other than changes of general application in the jurisdiction in which the Xxxxx are situate.

(i) None of the wells in which any of the Harvest Parties holds xx interest has been produced in excess of applicable production allowables imposed by any applicable law or any governmental authority and none of the Harvest Parties has any knowledge of any impending change in production allowables imposed by any applicable law or any governmental authority that may be applicable to any of the wells in which any of them holds an interest, otxxx xhan changes of general application in the jurisdiction in which such wells are situate except to the extent that sxxx non-compliance or changes would not in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect.
