Production and Delivery Statements/ Reports. During the Operation Period, the Mine Operator shall furnish to the Authority all the reports and statements required as per the New Code for Uniform System of Maintenance, Control and Verification of Coal Stock in all Mines of Coal India Limited. The Mine Operator shall also furnish to the Authority such other information as the Authority may reasonably require, at specified intervals, in discharge of its statutory functions.
