ARTIST shall complete said setup one hour prior to time of performance or at a mutually agreeable time. ARTIST requires a minimum one (1) hour sound check after completion of load in and set up. When a tour manager and/or sound engineer travels with ARTIST, set up must be arranged one hour before sound check with ARTIST. Festival producers are required to comply with this policy unless otherwise agreed in writing with PRODUCER.
