Production Plan. Promptly after initiation of Phase II, CBSW and Client will meet to create a Production Plan covering (a) the design and construction of the Custom Production Suite (including dimension, layout, and equipment requirements, as agreed upon by the Parties based on projections of commercial demand for Product), and (b) the transfer of Product production to the Custom Production Suite (the "Phase II Production Plan"). 1. After the Parties have verbally agreed on a Phase II Production Plan, CBSW will deliver such plan to Client for approval. The Phase II Production Plan will not be binding on the Parties until signed by both Parties.
Production Plan. Promptly after the Effective Date, the Parties will discuss and prepare a Production Plan covering the production of Product during Phase I (the "Phase I Production Plan"). A draft outline of the Phase I Production Plan is included in Schedule 2.1 attached hereto and hereby incorporated herein by reference. Production Plan. Together with the draft version of the Master Production Record described in Section 2.5.3 above, CBSW will deliver to Clients for review and comment, a proposed final plan describing the activities to be performed by CBSW, or to be subcontracted by CBSW to Third Parties, in the production of the Product (the “Production Plan”). CBSW will deliver the proposed final Production Plan within the time period set forth in Schedule 3.1. A draft outline of the Production Plan is included in Schedule 3.1, attached hereto and hereby incorporated herein by reference. The final Production Plan will be binding on the Parties if and when signed by all Parties. If the Parties are unable to agree on a final Production Plan within 90 days after the time period specified in Schedule 3.1 for the first submission of such plan by CBSW to Clients, Clients may collectively agree to terminate this Agreement by written notice signed by each of them effective upon receipt by CBSW.

Within thirty (30) days after the Lessee’s delivery of a Phase I Final Report and before initiating any production related activities on the Leased Premises, the Lessee shall submit a Production Plan to the Lessor for review and approval. 5.4.1 Administrative information The names and mailing addresses of the Lessee’s primary Production Plan supervisors and operators; the names and mailing addresses of any company providing project services to Lessee and the name of each company’s contact person; and any other contract operators who will be on the Leased Premises.

Akin to RRV’s Forecast, RHINO shall provide to RRV a written plan (“RHINO’s Production Plan”), which shall include detailed discussions of the following subjects and address the following issues (and any others RHINO deems appropriate) with sufficient particularity and detail (to be determined in RRV’s sole discretion) so as to assure RRV of RHINO’s ability to adequately and timely perform its obligations hereunder:
(i) Production Requirements and Processes needed to begin manufacture, assembly, fabrication and delivery of the RT/RREVs;
(ii) Quality Assurance Measures for the manufacture, assembly, fabrication and delivery of the RT/RREVs;
(iii) Unit costs for component items identified in the Exhibit A Specifications;
(iv) Cost Control Measures for the manufacture, assembly, fabrication and delivery of the RT/RREVs;
(v) Break-Even Analysis for the manufacture, assembly, fabrication and delivery of the RT/RREVs;
(vi) Identification of existing ‘Key Personnel’ to manage and oversee the manufacture, assembly, fabrication and delivery of the RT/RREVs, including the qualifications and responsibilities of management;
(vii) Identification of future ‘Key Personnel’ to be hired to manage and oversee the manufacture, assembly, fabrication and delivery of the RT/RREVs, including the qualifications and responsibilities of management;
(viii) Forecasted Capitalization of RHINO for the manufacture, assembly, fabrication and delivery of the RT/RREVs under the initial order and/or any Forecasts;
(ix) An itemization of the key risks facing RHINO in the performance of its duties under this Agreement, and contingency plans to deal with such risks if they arise, including risks presented by:
(A) Cost Overruns;
(B) Failure to Meet Production Deadlines;
(C) Problems with Labor, Suppliers, or Distributors;
(x) RHINO’s manufacturing plan for the RT/RREVs; and
(xi) RHINO’s delivery plan for the RT/RREVs.
Production Plan. 11.1 On or before 1 October of each Calendar Year, Alpharma shall submit to Hisun in writing Alpharma's non-binding estimate of quantity of Product Alpharma intends to manufacture at the Manufacturing Facility during the next Calendar Year (the "Production Plan"). Alpharma will revise and update the Production Plan before the beginning of each Calendar Quarter or more frequently if appropriate.
