Productivity and Management Tools. Service Provider shall utilize project management tools, including productivity aids and project management systems, as reasonably necessary to perform and improve the Services. Service Provider shall use project management tools in all major projects and employ a regular reporting mechanism to identify project tasks, present current status reports, and identify potential bottlenecks and problems.
