The Hospital 3 seeks and 3 supports educational opportunities for the nursing department recognizing that 4 knowledge is power 4 and the key to change. 6 In order to meet and exceed the standards of patient care, the Hospital requires specific 7 national certifications or required courses. The Hospital will pay for fees and/or expenses of 8 mandatory education in accordance with Legacy policy.
